June Newsletter

June is going to be an exciting month because we are getting ready for the new, but at the same time saying goodbye to some oldie, but goodie products!

Last Chance Retiring List: You will get a chance to look at what stamp sets are leaving and get them before they are gone!
Don't forget that there are a lot of colors that are also leaving us. If there is a certain color you have been wanting now is the time to get that before they are gone (while supplies last on this one).

You can still order any of the wonderful products featured in the current Mini catalog.

Upcoming Events:
June Make and Take: June 19th from 9-11 am (please note the time change. I have another event right after this and need to get going so I will be starting earlier and ending at 11). You will get to make 8 cards for $10 (without envelopes) or $12 (with envelopes) - Card Club Members $8 (w/o) or $10 (with). Please RSVP by June 15th.

NEW CATALOG AND NEW CATALOG BASH! Whenever a new catalog comes out that means it is time to have a party. I have not determined the exact date in July yet (I will keep you updated).

Christmas in July? As most of you know I will be having a baby in November so that means everything needs to get done before the holidays. I would love to get an early start on Christmas cards and I have also had a request to do this in the past. This event will take place either at the end of July or the beginning of August. This will be your chance to make some beautiful Christmas cards. This way you might actually have time to address them and send them out in time for Christmas!

Grillin' Machine!

As I said on Monday this is such a wonderful set to use for the men in your life. I also used a background stamp add some texture with ink and stamps to the card stock.

For this card I used some of our Earth Element colors that will be leaving at the end of June. These are some of my favorite colors so I will miss them a lot!

For the color in the image I used my stamp pads and Aqua painters to add just a small amount of color.

Dad's Day

When I saw the mini I knew I wanted to get this set. Sometimes it is so hard to make a card for the men in my life. Well, most of the men in my life like to grill so I thought this would be great.

King of the Grill is a great set that can be used for either Father's Day or his Birthday (see blog coming Wednesday).

This card was inspired by retiring colors and a card in the mini. I used some wonderful Bold Bright colors that will be leaving us soon. I also used my markers to add some color.

Graduation

Open up your summer mini and you will see this card (well almost). I used a few different supplies but I was inspired by the card in the catalog. I love using what is already done to get me going. For this card I used Kraft, Close to Cocoa, and Really Rust.

This card is simple and could be given for High School or College and Boy or Girl. This card can also be made quickly when you have a million of these to make. The best part is that this stamp is on the under $10 page. It is called Happy Grad!

Happy Graduation

Graduation time is here. If you still have time to order this set and get some cards made then now is the time to e-mail me. Even if you don't have time for this year this is such a classic set. I love both of these (Go Graduate and Happy Grad). There is one set in the mini and also the words on the inside of the card are on the under $10 page in the mini.

I kept this card simple with black and white and just adding color with markers.

I am glad to be back with my blog, hopefully I will last a few days before the net goes out again!

Another week!

I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT I AM STILL WITHOUT THE NET. I AM SITTING AT MY GRANDMUM'S HOUSE USING THE NET JUST LONG ENOUGH TO RESPOND TO E-MAILS, ETC. I AM SO SORRY AND HOPE TO BE BACK SOON!

No Internet
