Out With the Old: Part Three

It is now your last chance to get these great papers and ribbon. The in-colors and most of the DSP will be gone come July! Give me a call or send me an e-mail if there is something that you really want to get before it is going going....GONE!

My mom got some great stamping done during nap time at her house when Oen was visiting. She used her beautiful Urban Oasis and Kiwi Kiss paper. She also used the polka-dot ribbon. I love the simplicity of the hardware and the ribbon.

Thanks for sharing, MOM! I love to see what everyone is working on. I am just lucky that I usually get to see most of the things that my mom makes.

Happy Stamping! Britni :)

Out with the Old: Part Two - Kiwi Kiss and Tangerine Tango

This Sock Monkey never gets old. I love all the different occasions you can use this cute stamp set for. The best part is it is not leaving. It will still be in our catalog.

Now, something with this card is leaving. The Tangerine Tango and Kiwi Kiss will both be leaving. I also used Brilliant Blue for this card, but it is a Bold Bright so it will still be around.

I designed this card for my Make and Take that I knew children were coming to. I thought that all ages would enjoy making this card.

On the Brilliant Blue I used my Versa-Mark. I realized that I used to use it all the time and then I backed off. I need to start using it once in awhile again. It makes a very nice background.

Thanks for stopping by today.

Happy Stamping! Britni :)

Out With the Old: Part One - Baja Breeze and Pink Pirouette

I love how this card turned out, but it also makes me sad because this stamp set is leaving. The flowers, Big Flowers will be gone when the new catalog comes out. This has been such a great go to set for awhile now. I have also used two in-colors that will be replaced by our great new in-colors. I can't wait for you to work with them. I love them!

I kept this card very simple, but I also love how it still looks good. I also used my Scallop Circle and other circle punches in order to layer the word Hello from my Fundamental Phrases stamp set.

Your cards do not need to be complicated. I always think simple is better and if you think it is too simple, just keep on layering. Layers always seem to help give a card that extra texture it needs. Also, adding different textures are good, too.

Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day!

Pun Fun!

I just love this stamp set. I knew that I wanted to use this set for one of my cards for Card Club this month. I then had some Washington Apple DSP left over so I thought how fun would that be? I love how it all turned out. I made two cards that were similar, but a little different. I like to show my Card Club ladies that they have options. I always love it when they even see something they can do different.

I love creativity!

For this card I used the Real Red, So Saffron, Bashful Blue, and Whisper White that all coordinated with the DSP. I then also used my Earth Element Brads that made a little pop int he corner.

I hope you enjoyed my sample today. Have a wonderful day!

Happy Stamping! Britni :)

Mom's Card

This was the second beautiful project that I received from my fellow bloggers. This card was made by my mom. She used her paper and stamp set that she got from the SAB catalog.

She told me that she needed some nice anniversary cards and the hearts worked really great for that. She alternated the So Saffron and the Certainly Celery Ribbon for the cards.

Thanks for the sharing, MOM. I love how creative you are and that you passed that on to me!

Happy Creating! Britni :)

Leanne's Teacher Gifts

Well, I asked for your beautiful projects and I got two responses. I was pretty bummed. I really like to see what everyone is working. I know we are all busy right now, though.

Leanne sent me a picture of her beautiful projects that she made for the teachers of her children.

I thought that these turned out very cute! How creative!

Thanks Leanne for sharing this project idea with me and all of my fellow blog followers.

Happy Creating! Britni :)

Gift Notes II

How great are these gift card holders? After I ordered, discovered, loved, and then stamped I saw that these are on the retiring accessory list. These are so much fun. I hope SU comes out with something similar to replace these.

I loved how easy it was to stamp the outside and the envelope, add the gift card, and then I was done. How great would these be to have on hand for that last minute gift.

I hope you enjoyed this quick and easy project today.

Happy Gifting! Britni :)

Build-A-Brad/Walk in the Park

I love Stampin' Up's Designer Series Paper. This is a fine example of their beautiful taste. This paper is in the mini so it is only available until the end of June. It is called Walk in the Park. I used this paper to inspire this card.

For the background I used Baja Breeze, then layered the Kiwi Kiss under the DSP. Also, don't forget those in-colors are going to be gone at the end of June, also.

I knew this card needed some dimension so I decided to use a Build-A-Brad. I really don't use those often enough. I love how they look and really add to the card. I punched the So Saffron from another paper from the same DSP.

I brought the card together by using the beauitful words from the Heard From the Heart set.

I hope you enjoyed my sample today. Have a wonderful day and I hope you have time to sit and create.

Baby Showers

Here they are, as promised, the other project that I did using the Wild About You stamp set. I actually turned out great that I made these onsies and also had a card to match. How fun is that. That makes the gift even better!

I used my Craft Stampin' Spots in order to make these. I then heat set them by placing a tea-towel over them and using my iron. I was making this set specifically for a boy, but flowers would look very cute for a girl. The options are endless for stamping on these.

I hope you have enjoyed this project. It is a lot of fun to do. See what you can come up with and have fun!

Happy Stamping! Britni :)

Refreshing!

Oh, how refreshing would it be to receive this gift. Summer is coming and so are those hot days. Take a few minutes to make some nice summer gifts for friends and family. These would also be great at a party!

For this project I used Scatter Sunshine jumbo wheel, Big Flowers, circle punches, scallop circle punch, and brads.

I love how the bright colors made this project look bright and cheery. This does not take long at all and is so simple when you use a wheel.

I hope you try this project. I would love to see what you come up with.

Send me your projects and you will be entered in to win a prize! You have until next Friday to send me some projects you have been working on. You may get a feature spot on my blog and/or you may win a prize!!!!

Happy Stamping! Britni :)

Clipboards

I have found many uses for our small clipboards. First of all it is a blast covering them with our beautiful DSP.

For this project I used Washington Apple. How fun is it for summer?! The catalog really does not do any of our paper justice. I love to order it and see what it really looks like. It is even better in person.

I also used felt flowers, flower brads, ribbon, and twine to bring this whole project together.

These projects are gifts that I made and I hope they really enjoy them.

Some uses I have found for these clipboards:
1. Desk Calendar
2. Knitting/Crochet pattern holder
3. Recipe Card Holder
4. Great for notes/grocery list
The List could go on. They are just so useful and you could even had some magnets to the back so that it can stick to the frig.

Maybe you should make a clipboard. They are a lot of fun to use and it is something you created. That is the best part about using it. Happy Stamping! Britni :)

House Wheel

How lucky am I? I got to make this project as a reward for my sales. Georgia, my upline had this all set up, supplies cut and ready to go. It is so nice to have someone do that for me once in awhile.

For this project we used the Neighborhood wheel, cut it apart, and then placed them on the coasters. I also got to use the alphabet with the Big Shot to spell out HOME. I had a blast choosing colors to color the houses and then putting the entire project together.

Let me know if you have any questions about this project. I hope you enjoyed my sample for today.
